When teachers engage in deep reflection, they can better understand their strengths, weaknesses, and the contexts in which they operate. Teachers who reflect regularly tend to view classroom obstacles as opportunities for learning rather than threats, allowing them to grow personally and professionally [1].

Research indicates that teacher reflection positively impacts resilience, as it supports teachers in dealing with stress and uncertainty in their work environments [2]. By engaging in reflective writing, teachers can gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they face, identify potential solutions to mitigate stress, and increase their resilience [2].
