One of my most effective methods is creating educational channels in the Telegram app for my students. These channels are divided by the grades I teach. In this article, I will discuss how my individual resilient teaching methods help improve learning and protect against professional burnout.

The main goal of creating my Telegram channels is to enhance and simplify the learning of English. I develop and publish diverse content that helps students dive deeper into the language and practice it in an engaging way. My channels include:
